In Good Company: Air Canada at the Wanderluxe Gala in Toronto

Our social columnist shines the spotlight on the Air Canada Foundation’s marquee fundraiser.

Jet-setters flocked to the second annual Wanderluxe gala in Toronto, one of the biggest travel auctions in the world. After cocktails, guests sat down to a gastronomic feast prepared by chef David Hawksworth, Air Canada’s Culinary Partner. Partygoers then let their best intentions fly, bidding for more than 30 luxury packages, including a nine-night stay in Thailand at three Four Seasons Hotels. Over $1 million was raised for the Air Canada Foundation and the Herbie Fund of the SickKids Foundation.
