In Good Company: Air Canada at the Flourish VCC Foundation Gala

Our columnist shines the spotlight on a tasty college fundraiser in Vancouver.

Vancouver Community College (VCC) was the scene of green gowns and delicious bites for the Flourish VCC Foundation Gala, which raised funds for culinary, baking and hospitality scholarships. Food stations offered dishes like wild sockeye salmon with bannock crisps, prepared by VCC students and chefs, including Air Canada’s Culinary Partner David Hawksworth.
