Taking its name from 16th-century botanist Pierre Richer de Belleval, this 8e arrondissement hotel, located just a few minutes from the Saint-Lazare train station, opened in 2018 and sports more florals than a French garden.

What we loved Taking a seat in the courtyard next to the seven-storey frond-and-thistle mural by street artist Gola Hundun and ordering herbaceous, on-theme rounds of rosemary gin and tonics and blueberry-basil margaritas.

Room to book The top-floor Junior suite sleeps four and feels like the perfect Parisian getaway thanks to a cozy living room area and a small balcony with primo views of the city’s rooftops.
