“We love hosting dinner parties and using dishes that tell a story,” says Jaimie Robson, who runs Montreal’s Atelier Make, a ceramics boutique in the Plateau neighbourhood, with creative partner Maya Ersan. What began as a studio and an online shop is now a small storefront that stocks the pair’s most sought-after creations in a palette of warm beiges, creams and pastels. Pick up delicate, vintage-inspired pieces like these brightly glazed candy scoops (they can also be used for sugar and flour). You can even sign up for ceramics workshops where you can learn to make your own dishware – now that’s something to bring to the table.
