Sweet Lollapalooza

At Sweet Lollapalooza, chocolatier Brett Roy makes truffles and bars from Peruvian cocoa beans previously thought to have been extinct since 1916. Purists will appreciate their intense, nutty and floral flavour – the beans are available in only a few chocolate shops in North America. An even stronger argument for visiting Sweet Lollapalooza is to taste Roy’s famous butternut crunch.
