Wild Tangerine Cucina Domestica

Chef Judy Wu’s Asian-Italian-inspired dishes don’t shy away from the oft-abused “fusion” label. In her experienced hands, thankfully, the combinations are sheer genius: slow-braised bison short rib in a sticky, salty rice-wine sauce; shrimp “lollipops” with a wasabi yogurt; a five-spice octopus salad with tangerine vinaigrette.
