Venture a few blocks off The Strip to the Hard Rock Hotel to check out where the cool kids dine in Las Vegas. With a stage that regularly welcomes bands as well as a Sunday-night burlesque show, Culinary Dropout feels like a neighbourhood hangout. Waiters are friendly and indistinguishable from the regular crowd in their street clothes; the space, with its tufted leather banquets, rod-iron and crystal chandeliers and black walls, is rock ‘n’ roll with a laidback vibe. In the warmer months, head here with a large group of friends to snag a table around the outside fire pit and enjoy executive Chef Eric Suniga’s pub food.
