Whether you order a Czechvar or an Absinthe, try to do it in French. The crowd is about equal parts Anglophone and Francophone, but the culture leans decidedly toward the latter. You’ll feel like you’re either in a Parisian bistro, with mosaic tile floors, or a Tanzanian safari lodge, as you come face-to-face with a row of mounted ostrich heads along one wall.
