The third floor of the modern SAT (Société des arts technologiques) is reserved for Foodlab, a restaurant with a bustling summer terrace. Small dishes are based on a themed menu that changes every two weeks. Depending on when you visit, you might get a chance to taste a Lebanese kafta kebab with baba ghanouj, a Greek meze platter or a Swedish smorgasbord.
