Located in one of Manhattan’s oldest buildings, this spot has copper keg taps, Singer sewing machine tables and raw-hide calfskin booths that are a nod to industrial-age New York. Grab a seat by the fireplace in the Whisky Bar and order an Oyster Stout, the most popular beer in the house. Oysters are added to the vat to give the brew a slightly sweet taste.
