Daishō

At Daishō, the family-style-dining domain of David Chang’s Momofuku empire in Toronto, more is always merrier. Rustle up as many friends and family as you can to sample such large-format meals as the bo ssäm, a whole Kunan Farms pork butt slow-roasted and designed for six to 10 people to enjoy assembling into Korean-style lettuce wraps.
