At this European-styled auberge fermière, chef Tobey Nemeth and husband Michael Caballo share their best travel moments, starting with pintxos of skewered olives, guindilla peppers and anchovies drizzled with olive oil “picked up in Italy” before moving on to smoked herring à l’huile with heirloom carrots and onions. Refreshingly more "show" than "tell", Edulis does barn to table without the fuss.
