To get to the dining room at Vittorio Colacitti’s first restaurant, you must walk past a picture-perfect pantry stocked with olive oil and his family sources from Italy. But make no mistake: This is not an Italian restaurant. The Top Chef alumnus dishes out shared plates, like 20-day sarsaparilla-marinated ribs and scallops served with citrus, basil and a habanero kick, for a market-driven menu that’s got a lot of heart.
