The quiet end of Robson Street is now the de facto hub for Vancouver’s noodle lovers. Chef-owner Daiji Mastubara takes a West Coast approach here, using organic ingredients such as local Fraser Valley chicken to make his specialty – the wonderfully smoky charcoal miso ramen.
