After the departure of David Hawksworth, the native son who defined Vancouver’s Pacific Northwestern fine-dining culture out of West’s kitchen for eight years, Vancouver’s culinary cognoscenti held their breaths. But chef Quang Dang (formerly of C Restaurant) is earning back the adulation once so emphatically heaped on this South Granville room, and David Wolowidnyk’s cocktails help keep the place packed.
