Ethan Pringle The way you can earn points through purchases and travel with the Chase Aeroplan Card seemed like a great fit for me. I’m accumulating points quickly with flights, but I still earn most of them from everyday spending.

EP I just came back from two months in Portugal. I flew TAP Air Portugal direct from San Francisco to Lisbon for just 47,630 Aeroplan points.

ER First travel memory?

EP Visiting Australia when I was four or five. We went on a cruise to the Great Barrier Reef, swam with sharks and visited animal sanctuaries where I got to hold fruit bats and pet kangaroos. My parents were very adventurous and travel was a big part of my upbringing. I’m really lucky.

ER Where will your travels take you next?

EP A friend is having a big gathering for his birthday in this famous climbing area called Céüse, in the South of France, where we traveled together almost 20 years ago.
