Booze trucks are the new food trucks.

cocktails

Just when you thought the food truck craze was over, these vendors have reinvented the wheel. In New York, Caipi-Mobile serves up sorbet flavoured with Brazil’s national cocktail, the caipirinha, out of a converted ice cream truck. Meanwhile, a turquoise four-wheeler doling out fried dill pickles, battered hot dogs and 11 types of beer (like Tallgrass IPA) is parked in the lot next door to Philadelphia’s Memphis Taproom. And Brewtruc, San Francisco’s first bar on wheels thanks to 12 taps and a sound system, is where fans of craft brewers like Mill Valley Beerworks can grab a leather-cushioned seat and enjoy a pint on the go.

Hi there, being based in the UK we have nothing like this. It sound fantastic and wish we could get a food truck like this next to me. A large silver one would be great to light up the road :)
