It takes two to run Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants – and then some. This year, no fewer than five of the Top 10 spots across the country are run by couples. But every chef knows it takes a village, from front to back of house teams, to the local farmers who feed their creativity. That sense of community was a constant as eater-in-chief Tara O’Brady flew across the country in search of Canada’s latest and greatest dining destinations.
