Sound Bites: Songs Overheard in Restaurants Across Canada

After scouring the country for Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants, undercover writer Tara O’Brady made it home with bison pepperoni, a mini-Tabasco bottle, two crullers and a list of more than 30 songs that caught her ear in every dining room she visited. So, we made a playlist. From “Margo Crows” by up-and-coming Montreal hip-hop duo The Lyonz (overheard at Heni) to “Call Your Mom” by folk-pop crooner Noah Kahan (overheard at Ada Culinary Studio), this playlist “reflects the personalities and perspectives of this year’s talent in one harmonious celebration,” says O’Brady.
