Italy’s Labirinto della Masone from Way, Way Up

Share

In the Italian countryside, just a 30–minute drive from Parma, sits a natural escape room. Made up of 200,000 bamboo plants (some stretching 15 metres tall), Labirinto della Masone is the world’s largest bamboo labyrinth. The maze was commissioned by art collector and bibliofile Franco Maria Ricci and an adjacent museum houses his personal collection. With almost 3 kilometres of winding paths, it’s the perfect place to lose yourself for an hour – or two.
